Prospect: Aaron Curry, OLB, Wake Forest
Ht: 6'2 Wt: 254 40: 4.56

Strengths: Curry posses a size and speed combo that is lethal. He has textbook footwork and flows very well with plays. He plays very physical and can fight off blockers. Curry does a good job of using his hands to shed blockers. He can locate the football incredibly fast. He explodes into his tackles, and can be a fierce hitter. He can get after the football and cause fumbles as well as picks. He could be able to play inside or outside linebacker in the NFL. Very versatile and can recognize plays quickly. Excellent blitzer.

Weaknesses: His zone coverage skills are not elite and need to be improved. He was called for a personal foul when he hit a punt-returner who had called for a fair catch in the Baylor game earlier last season. Although, it did not appear to be intentional; it shows a small lack of awareness and a slight inability to control his aggressive play-style.

Summary: Aaron Curry is one, if not the best player in the 2009 NFL draft. He is big, physical, aggressive, strong, and well-rounded. It is not easy finding weaknesses with his game. He is a great player with a very bright NFL future ahead of him. I see him being drafted no later than pick # 5.
