My greatest strength on the
field I think is taking on the double team and shedding locks and
things I
things I think I need to improve: everything,
because I am not in the NFL yet
and I am pretty sure that
the coach I play for will have something he thinks I need to improve on. So keep myself open for criticism.

What is your greatest football moment to
date?
Robert Armstrong: When I
got three sacks against Norfolk State and the safety I made
sealed the win.
Did you have a favorite pro team growing
up?
Favorite player?
Robert Armstrong: Washington Redskins, and probably
Warren Sapp would have been my favorite player because of his intensity
on the
field.
When you get your first professional
paycheck what is
the first thing you will buy?
Robert Armstrong: Put it in the bank!
How have you been preparing and training
since the end
of your college season?
Robert Armstrong: At the end of the college season I was
training with Velocity Sports and Health in Alexandria, Virginia with Walt Kline and Kenny
Carrington. They did a great job
preparing me for what I was going to face in the NFL.
Do you have any goals in mind when it comes
to the Supplemental
Draft?
Robert Armstrong: Get drafted, make a team, get paid, and
PLAY!!
What NFL teams have shown the most
interests in you?
Robert Armstrong: A
couple of teams more than others, but all have been the same.
Do you favor one: 3-4
or 4-3 defense?
Robert Armstrong: Doesn’t
really matter, I think I can play both comfortably.
What is the one thing you will most miss at
college?
Robert Armstrong: Nothing
really. I think that I had the total
college experience while I was there and enjoyed it so now I leave
without
looking back.
Where is the best place to get a bite to
eat in your Baltimore (where Morgan St. located)?
Robert Armstrong: Morgan View Convenient Store- the people
there make a nice turkey club Sandwich and fries.
What was your favorite college course and
why?
Robert Armstrong: History
110 because I gave you an overview of history around the world.
Any pregame rituals? Food?
Music?
Robert Armstrong: Music I listen to: Pastor Troy’s
“Vice Versa” and Trick Daddy’s
“Let’s Go” over and over again, and Christian music as well as the Rocky soundtrack.
What is something football fans may not
know about
you?
Robert Armstrong: That I am married. And that I am
called into the ministry. I don’t know how
yet, but that I have a
calling on my life to do the Lord’s work.
Do you read draft experts/analysts have to
say about
you?
Robert Armstrong: Sometimes, whenever I am on the Internet.
What do you plan to do once your playing
career is
over?
Robert Armstrong: To build a foundation for helping children
with different problems such as cleft diseases or cancer and things of
that
nature.
