1.    Lions QB Brady Quinn 6-4 230 Notre Dame
The Lions take the no brainer pick here, and let Brady ride the pine for one year, or at least until Kitna gets them out of playoff contention after the first eight games.

2.    Raiders *QB JaMarcus Russell 6-6 250 LSU
The Raiders think Andrew Walter is their QB of the future, but he seems to get worse and less confident the more he plays.  Once JaMarcus declares he will fight Quinn for the top overall pick.  He could finally be what the Raiders need at QB.

3.    Browns *RB Adrian Peterson 6-2 220 Oklahoma
Reueben Droughns has had a disappointing season.  He is still a solid player and could split carries with Peterson to start, like Addai and Rhodes did for the Colts.  With Peterson, Droughns, and Jerome Harrison the Cleveland backfield will be in good hands.  Brian Brohm could also get a look here, but I don’t think the Browns are ready to give up on Frye.  Derek Anderson has also shown flashes

4.    Bucs T Joe Thomas 6-8 305 Wisconsin
With Simms resigning, and with the surprising play of Rattay, I think the Bucs refrain from drafting Brohm here.  Calvin Johnson is also considered here, but Galloway is still lighting it up, and the Bucs have solid young receivers in Clayton and Maurice Stovall.  Thomas Could replace either one of the Buccs starting tackles, neither is spectacular.

5.    Cardinals *FS Reggie Nelson 6-1 195 Florida
Robert Griffith is getting really old, and their secondary could definitely use this upgrade.  This may be a little high for him and they could possibly trade down to get him, but he would greatly aid in their weak secondary.

6.    Texans *RB Marshawn Lynch 5-10 220 California
The Texans don’t pass up on another franchise back and snatch up this talented RB.  Even though Ron Dayne has shown to be surprisingly adequate the past couple weeks, he will never be dominate and is pushing 30.  Lundy is a decent option too, but Lynch gives them a much needed threat on offense.

7.    Redskins DE Gaines Adams 6-4 266 Clemson
Phillip Daniels is getting up there in years, and Adams would be a great replacement.  The top pass rusher in this year’s draft, hands down.

8.    Vikings *WR Calvin Johnson 6-4 235 Georgia Tech
Troy Williamson is turning into a disappointment of Ashley Lelie proportions, so they get the Best WR and maybe the best player in this year’s draft.  I doubt he falls this far.  They could be a possible trade up partner with the Arizona Cardinals to get this stud.

9.    49ers *WR Dwayne Jarrett 6-5 210 USC
There is no other way to say it:  The niners WR’s stink.  Antonio Bryant will probably not be back as he has worn out his welcome yet again.  Arnaz Battle is a very good #3 receiver but in no way should he be the #1.  Dwayne Jarrett along with Vernon Davis would make the niners dangerous threw the air, and open it up even more for Frank Gore.

10.    Dolphins T Levi Brown 6-5 325 Penn St.
Damion McIntosh is pushing 30 and is an average tackle at best.  Levi could come in learn under him, or even push him for the job.  He and Vernon Carey could form a solid tackle duo for 10 years.

11.    Rams LB Patrick Willis 6-2 230 Mississippi
He could play either MLB or OLB.  If he goes to MLB Will Witherspoon can move to the outside where he belongs and take over for the declining Dexter Coakley.

12.    Falcons *DT Alan Branch 6-6 330 Michigan
Both the Falcons starting DT’s are over the age of thirty and Branch would give another big body to take over for Grady Jackson.

13.    Panthers *QB Brian Brohm 6-3 225 Louisville
Jake Delhomme has regressed and it is time to look at the future of the Franchise.  If Brohm leaves early he would be perfect for the Panthers.  Most people think he would go higher but I’m not as impressed with him as most people seem to be.

14.    Packers *CB Darrelle Revis 5-11 190 Pittsburgh
Al Harris and Charles Woodson are solid starters but they are aging.  There isn’t much depth behind them and Revis would give them depth as well as a solid starter in a couple years.

15.    Steelers FS LaRon Landry 6-2 205 LSU
Landry is a playmaker, and Ryan Clark hasn’t been spectacular.  Landry would be a definite upgrade.

16.    Giants *WR Ted Ginn 6-0 180 Ohio St.
Amani Toomer is coming off an injury and is getting up there in age.  Tim Carter has never developed, and Sinorice Moss hasn’t played much.  Ginn would stretch the field and give Eli some help.

17.    Bills WR Jeff Samardzija 6-5 215 Notre Dame
Lee Evans is the only real WR threat.  With Evans stretching the field Samardzija could own the middle and underneath routes.  They could be one of the best tandems in the league in a couple years, and just maybe make J.P. Losman look like a real QB.

18.    Patriots(Sea) OLB Quentin Moses 6-5 250 Georgia
Moses would make the transition to rush LB in the New Englands 3-4 defense.  He would add a much needed youth transfusion in the aging Patriots LB core.

19.    Chiefs CB Leon Hall 5-11 195 Michigan
Ty Law and Patrick Surtain are getting up there in age, and Lenny Walls is a waste of talent and space.  They need a WR also, but I think getting Hall here is more important.

20.    Jaguars G Justin Blalock 6-4 330 Texas
Chris Naeole is getting up there in age, and Blalock would be a wise investment.

21.    Bengals *TE Zach Miller 6-5 260 Arizona St.
The Bengals have all the WR’s and RB’s but has no real threat at TE.  Miller would make that offense even more dynamic.

22.    Titans *WR Robert Meachem 6-2 205 Tennessee
This pick is all contingent on Drew Bennett leaving threw Free Agency.

23.    Cowboys FS Brandon Meriweather 6-0 190 Miami
The Cowboys safeties just flat out stink in pass coverage.  Meriweather could help with that immediately.

24.    Jets CB Marcus McCauley 6-0 205 Fresno St.
The Jets corners have been in flux all year.  They need some talent and consistency there, and McCauley is an intriguing option.

25.    Eagles LB Paul Poluszny 6-1 238 Penn St.
Trotter and Jones are aging and there are no other LB’s who stick out on the team.  Poluszny would make in immediate impact on the team.

26.    Broncos *DT Frank Okam 6-5 315 Texas
The Broncos need all kinds of defensive line help.  Gerard Warren has been less than dominant after getting his big contract.  Michael Myers has actually outplayed him this year.  The way Denver rotates their lineman Okam would add a big body to demand more of the blockers, which could free up the exciting Elvis Dumerville for one on one blocking.

27.    Saints *CB Antoine Cason 6-0 182 Arizona
Fred Thomas has been awful this year, and McKenzie is no spring chicken so Cason should be their pick here.

28.    Patriots *ILB Brandon Siler 6-1 237 Florida
Bruschi and Vrabel are still playing at a high level but they can’t play forever.

29.    Colts DT Quinn Pitcock 6-3 295 Ohio St.
The Colts run defense….enough said

30.    Ravens QB Troy Smith 6-1 215 Ohio St.
Most people are going to kill me on this pick, but Smith is the type of QB  that will need a couple years to develop and that is about what McNair has left.  Boller is not the QB of the future so I see this as a great potential pick.

31.    Bears *DT Glenn Dorsey 6-2 285 LSU
With the injury to Tommie Harris, and Tank Johnson looking like he is on his way out, this almost becomes a need pick for next year.

32.    Chargers S Tom Zbikowski 6-0 205 Notre Dame
He could take over for the ineffective Terrence Kiel, and also take over the PR from Eric Parker.
