As a disclaimer, for the DT class to the Safety class I am going to do simple lists with basic descriptions of players because I have not been able to spend as much time as I would like on scouting all of these prospects. Expect more detailed scouting reports on these players as the NFL Draft approaches. Like always, thanks for reading!

Jerel Worthy, Michigan St.
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 305
40 time: 4.90
Right now, Worthy is the top DT in his class. He hasn't been as dominant as I thought he would be, but he is still drawing double teams on almost every play. Teams respect his skill.

Tydreke Powell, North Carolina
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 310
40 time: 5.06
I have been impressed with Powell this season. He is a terrific run stopper and is a great anchor for the defensive line. He has a great base and doesn't give up ground easily. His pass rush is decent, but not great.

Kheeston Randall, Texas
Ht: 6-5 Wt: 295
40 time: 4.96
From what I have seen of Randall, he is very well rounded. He is good against the run and the pass. He looks very strong and powerful. I could see him being able to play in both the 4-3 and 3-4 defenses.

Jared Crick, Nebraska
Ht: 6-6 Wt: 285
40 time: 4.88
Crick gets a lot of attention, and before this season I thought he was a little overrated. However, I have been impressed with him so far this season. He has a high motor, plus the size and skill to excel on the defensive line. He could be a 3-4 DE or a 4-3 DT.

Marcus Forston, Miami
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 310
40 time: 4.97
Forston started the season as my 2nd rated DT, but has fallen because he has not played as good as I thought he would. He hasn't been bad, just not as disruptive as I thought he would be. He is a good player, but he needs to be a great player. He's got potential; he just needs to step it up now.

Kawann Short, Purdue
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 305
40 time: 5.18
Another one of my favorite players to watch. He is a high motor, high effort type player. He gives 100% all the time; I love that. He uses his hands very well and I believe his stock will continue to rise this season.

Brandon Thompson, Clemson
Ht: 6-2 Wt: 310
40 time: 5.15
A big and disruptive player. He clogs up running lanes and displays a good base when engaged with offensive linemen.

Alameda Ta'amu, Washington
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 330
40 time: 5.40
A very big and powerful DT. He is a monster in the running game. Looks strong enough to take on double teams and even sometimes offers a pass rush.

Devon Still, Penn St.
Ht: 6-5 Wt: 311
40 time: 5.03

Josh Chapman, Alabama
Ht: 6-1 Wt: 310
40 time: 5.20

Derek Wolfe, Cincinnati
Ht: 6-5 Wt: 302
40 time: 4.92

Kaleb Ramsey, Boston College
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 302
40 time: 5.03
Has only played in one game so far this year because of multiple injuries. He is a very talented lineman and we wish him a speedy recovery.

Sylvester Williams, North Carolina
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 320
40 time: 5.19
A junior college transfer. A big and strong defender.

Logan Harrell, Fresno St.
Ht: 6-2 Wt: 278
40 time: 4.88

Jaye Howard, Florida
Ht: 6-3 Wt: 302
40 time: 5.00

Kendall Reyes, Connecticut

40 time: 4.90

J.R. Sweezy, N.C. State
Ht: 6-5 Wt: 295
40 time: 4.89

Chas Alecxih, Pittsburgh
Ht: 6-4 Wt: 285
40 time: 5.02
Alecxih is having a pretty good season; he has 2 sacks, a forced fumble and an INT.

Mike Daniels, Iowa

40 time: 4.80

Tony Jerrod-Eddie, Texas A&M
