Jason Witten

1. Tony Gonzalez, ATL - 10 TDs in ’08 was 2nd highest of career in 12th year.

2. Jason Witten, DAL - Losing T.O. should benefit
Witten more than anyone.

3.
Dallas Clark, IND - No Harrison means ’08 Recs (77) & yards (848) will be higher.

4.
Antonio Gates, SD - Toe, hip and ankle injuries last yr cause slippage.

5. Chris Cooley, WAS - Still
Campbell’s fav target on team with no WR.

6. Greg Olsen, CHI - No one was more excited about addition of Jay Cutler.

7. John Carlson, SEA -
Great sleeper potential here, Hasselback loves TE.

8. Owen Daniels, HOU - 70 Recs, 800+ yards in ’08 and is essentially #2 WR.

9. Zach Miller, OAK - Could be Raiders #1 WR. Progressed nicely last year.

10. Kellen Winslow, TB - Can infect Bucs' O with production or dissent.

11. Visanthe Shiancoe, MIN - A productive 42 catches and 7 touchdowns last season.

12. Brent Celek, PHI - Does the upgrade to WR corps help or hurt? Is he for real?

13. Kevin Boss, NYG - With Plax gone, is #1 Redzone option for Eli.

14. Bo Scaife, TEN - 58 Recs and 561 yards were career highs, nice backup.

15. Heath Miller, PIT - Quietly set career high in Recs last year (48).

16. Dustin Keller, NYJ - Was Favre’s favorite target, but that doesn’t matter now.

17. Tony Scheffler, DEN - Injuries and no Jay Cutler spell trouble.

18. Anthony Fasano, MIA - Was surprisingly a top 5 TE for ½ of ’08.

19. Donald Lee, GB - A lot of talent at WR hurts him, had 5 TDs in 08

20.
Vernon Davis, SF - A full year of Singletary will make a difference.

21. Martellus Bennett, DAL - Will allegedly use more two TE sets to max his talent.

22. Randy McMichael, STL - Expect a return to ’07 numbers. Is essentially the #2 WR.

23. Jeremy Shockey, NO - No Tuds but lots of excuses (and talent).

24. Desmond Clark, CHI - Quiet produces yr after yr. 3 years of 40+ catches.

25. Brandon Pettigrew, DET - Should provide a nice #2 option and safety valve.

26. David Martin, MIA - Had a career yr in ’08, solid to start but fizzled at end.

27. Marcedes Lewis, JAC - Coming off career highs in recs, yards and TD.

28.
Chris Baker, NE- Multiple connections with Brady in preseason show he is still relevant.

29.
Ben Watson, NE - A year removed for 6 TD season. Has to perform or will be benched.

30. LJ Smith, BAL - The fact BAL wanted him shows they have little faith in Heap.

31. Todd Heap, BAL - Wasn’t injured as much last yr but LJ Smith eats into production.

32. Daniel Graham, DEN - All he catches are TD inside the Redone. 4 in ’08.

34. Jerramy Stevens, TB - In only 11 games, had 2nd highest yardage total of career.

35. Robert Royal, CLE - Career highs in yards and recs in 2008.

36. Martin Rucker, CLE - Put up great numbers at U of Mizzou. Could start.

37. Leonard Pope, ARI - When the #3 WR has 1,000+, TE is essentially cancelled out.

38. Jermichael Finley, GB - Limited duty last year but showed flashes.

39. Brad Cottam, KC - Has the inside track on taking vacant starting job.

40. Jared Cook, TEN - Rookie TE picked a team that loves to use multiple TE’s.
